The Climate Vulnerable Forum (CVF) is partnering with the World Advanced Vehicle Expedition (WAVE) and Formula E to organise a #1o5C campaign event at the UNFCCC COP22, Marrakesh on Friday 11 November, 2016.
The event will involve the creation of the world’s largest greeting card mosaic, representing “#1o5” and “Stop Global Warming”, at the Formula E event of COP22, in Marrakesh. The mosaic will unveil the message to global leaders from 50,000 pupils from all over the world, who are stating their commitment to take action against climate change.
The event is an opportunity for enhanced media coverage and greater awareness of the #1o5C campaign, particularly surrounding COP22. Formula E, with electric cars, promotes the need for renewable energy and electric mobility, as one way to assist in achieving the 1.5°C target – of the #1o5C campaign.
